Neighborhood	70 points. Candidates are given upto 70 points depending on distance of residence from the school.
Sibling	20 points. Applicants are given 20 points if a real brother or sister is already studying in the school.
Alumni	10 points. Wards of alumni get 10 points.
Total	100 points.

The cutoff for admission in 2024-2025 was 70 points.

The top scoring students in each category in 2023-2024 were as follows- Science- 98.4%; Commerce- 98.6%; Humanities- 98%. The school average was 88%.
