The N.K. Bagrodia Public School Rohini was established in 1991 and has a current enrollment of about 2500 students. The school is managed by the Seth Sagarmal Bagrodia Educational Trust. Facilities
The N.K. Bagrodia Public School Rohini is located on a 3.82- acre plot and has a built up area of about 8100 square meters. The academic facilities at the school comprise labs for physics/ chemistry/ biology/ mathematics; three computer labs; a language lab and a general science lab. The school has both a central library and class room libraries till Class VIII. On the extra- curricular front the school has music, dance and art rooms; a multi- purpose hall cum auditorium with a seating capacity of 250; a gymnasium, pool and facilities for a variety of sports. The school has a variety of clubs for topics such as commerce, dramatics, environment and heritage.

Admissions in 2023-2024 were made to the Pre- School class. The minimum age for eligibility was 3 years as on 31/03/2023. The total number of seats available was 220 with the breakup being - EWS- 55, General Category- 121 and Management Quota- 44

Admission Criteria
The school uses a point-based system for admissions. The criteria and their weightages are as below

Neighborhood 70 points.

Students residing within 1 km get 70 points, those residing between 1 km and 3 km get 65 points and those residing between 3 km and 6 km get 60 points. All others get 55 points.
Sibling/ Staff Ward 20 points.

Applicants are given 20 points if a real brother or sister is already studying in the school OR if they are wards of staff.
Alumni 10 points.

The candidate is given 10 points if either parent is an alumnus of the school.
Total 100 points.


Documents Required
The school requires that successful applicants produce the following original documents for verification-
  • Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
  • Proof of residential address (Voter I Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Ration Card, MTNL Bill, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Domicile Certificate).
  • For sibling cases- photocopy of latest fee receipt/ report card of sibling.
  • For alumni- Class XII certificate of parent.

Cutoffs in 2023-2024
The cutoff for admission in 2023-2024 was at 70 points.

Class XII Results
The top scoring students in each category in 2022- 2023 were as follows- Science- 96%; Commerce- 96.2% and Humanities- 98.4%. 24% of the students who appeared scored more than 90% in the aggregate.
