Age Criteria and Seats in 2019-2020
The school admitted students to the Pre-School class in 2019-2020. Children aged 3 years or more as on 31/03/2019 were eligible for admission. The total number of seats available in the Pre-School class was 90, out of which 23 seats were reserved for the EWS/ DG category.

Admission Criteria
The school uses a point-based system for admissions. The criteria and their weightages are as below

Physically disabled child 10 points.

Physically disabled candidates are awarded 10 points.
Sibling 20 points.

Applicants are given 20 points if a real brother or sister is already studying in the school.
Alumni 20 points.

The candidate is given 15 points if either parent is an alumnus of the school and 20 points if both parents are alumni of the school.
School transport availability 15 points.

Candidates are awarded 15 points if they stay in areas where school transport is available.
Staff Ward 20 points.

Wards of staff are awarded 20 points.
Girl Child/ First Born 15 points.

Female/ first born candidates are awarded 15 points.
Total 100 points.

Documents Required
The school requires that successful applicants produce the following documents.
  • Municipal Birth Certificate of Child
  • Proof of Residence- Aadhar Card of parents.
  • Alumni proof- Passing certificate of AISSCE exam, school leaving certificate.
  • Sibling proof - Identity card of sibling, latest fee bill of sibling
  • First child- affidavit
  • Physically challenged- certificate from competent authority.

Cutoffs in 2019-2020
The school published a first list with the names of 32 candidates with scores between 35 and 50 points. The remaining seats were filled by a draw of lots amongst candidates with 30 points.

Class XII Results
The top scoring students in each category in 2018- 2019 were as follows- Science-96.8% ; Commerce-96%.
